Arthritis in H2O:
This program is a warm water, range of motion exercise class designed by the National Arthritis Foundation. The warmth and buoyancy of the water can decrease pain and stiffnerss and help maintain or improve joint flexibility, increase energy, and promote mobility. An elevator to the pool level is available and the class is held in out zero-entry, 88 degree Rec Pool.
