BOWLING
- This group is always looking for new bowlers. Bowl at the Brattleboro Bowl on 6 Putney Road.
WALKING
- The gym is open on that day for one and half hours for anyone to use. If you want to walk for 15 minutes that's fine; if you want to walk for 30 minutes that's great! Now that the elevator is up and running there is no excuse for not getting any exercise.

- A strength training class conditioning all the major muscle groups using hand held and ankle weights.
Dance Aerobics
- Dust off your sneakers and get ready to shake, rattle and roll.
TAI CHI
- Tai Chi can keep you healthy both physically and mentally. Scientific studies have shown that Tai Chi works magic on health, improving conditions such as heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, respiratory disease and other chronic health problems. In addition, it improves balance, prmotes correct posture, and builds up the immunity to disease. It also relieves insomnia, depression and stress.
WEDNESDAY YOGA
- Stretching, strengthening, relaxing and breathing techniques are explored with fun and ease.
