The Connecticut Senior Games is a multi-sport festival of Olympic-style competition for Connecticut's senior amateur athletes. Anyone turning fifty years old in the 2005 calendar year will be eligible to compete in the 2005 Connecticut Senior Games. The Connecticut Senior Games are an open state and welcome all participants to come to Connecticut to compete. The Games are endorsed by the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sport, and recognized by the National Senior Games Association and the United States Olympic Committee as the official Senior Games of Connecticut. The Connecticut Senior Games is a 501�(3) non-profit, tax exempt corporation governed by a thirty-five member Board of Directors. Registration Information: Entry Fees: All individual Sports will be $30.00. The $30.00 registration fee includes multiple events within a sport. Due to the rising costs in securing the highest quality facilities for the Senior Games, a slight increase of only five dollars in the registration fee has been implemented.
