This is a therapeutic horseback riding program for the benefit of people with physical, intellectual or emotional disabilities. Classes are conducted by trained instructors and assisted by volunteers and physical therapists. As always, safety is our highest priority. Freedom Hills operates at Rolling Hills Ranch in the pastoral Maryland countryside. Services are provided to the Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania Tri-State area.
