We are proud to serve Sumter, South Carolina, and surrounding areas from our family-owned-and-operated establishment. We offer therapeutic riding lessons. Our experienced teachers and horseback riding sessions will offer a stimulating experience for your family. In addition, our staff is outstanding with children, and we look forward to working with you and your family.

Our program for people with disabilities promotes physical activity as well as beneficial aspects in social and mental growth. We emphasize safety at all times and require helmets and proper attire.

Our goals include promoting balance, coordination, mobility, endurance, and fitness. In addition, we encourage socialization, cooperation, patience, discipline, responsibility and increased self-esteem. Language skills are increased and verbalization is encouraged. Equine activities offer the opportunity to be in control of one's own mobility. It requires attention, task completion, decision-making, and following directions.

The benefits of therapeutic riding are enormous in many areas, however, the major change we see is increased self-esteem and relationship-building with peers and instructors.
