Notes

Courage Duluth of Northeastern Minnesota

Offers weekly recreational sailing experiences to individuals or families of people who have a physical disability or vision loss. Programs are a collaboration with Duluth Community Sailing Association and are offered in the St. Louis Bay-Duluth Superior Harbor on Western Lake Superior. We use Norlin Mark 3's, Sea Clipper 3's and Solings. For more information please contact Eric Larson.
The mission of Courage Center is to empower people with physical disabilities to reach for their full potential in every aspect of life. We are guided by the vision that one day, all people will live, work, learn and play in a community based on abilities, not disabilities.
Physical fitness and leisure activities are a vital part of creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Courage Duluth's Sports and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of recreation and competitive sports programs to enhance independence, improve self-confidence, and encourage an active, healthy lifestyle for people with physical disabilities. Programs are designed to help participants develop lifelong interests and reach for their highest potential.
