The C-Side Therapeutic Pool provides a wide variety of classes for Hennepin County employees, their families, community members, inpatients, and outpatients. Therapy sessions include: classes for persons with orthopaedic conditions, arthritis, fibromyalgia, pregnant women, people who are obese, and more. Persons with physical or developmental disabilities may use the warm, therapeutic pool for recreational swim during specified hours. Hennepin County employees and their families may use the pool for Aqua Aerobics, infant/preschool swimming lessons, lap swimming, relaxation, and recreation.
The pool is maintained at 93 degrees and is accessible by a ramp, stairs, and a lift. A unisex locker room and changing area are available.
