Our professional staff will work in conjunction with the PPD personnel to provide you with all resources needed to achieve your fitness and health goals.

If you are a person with chronic health problems that may have thought exercise with a regular RiverPlex membership was beyond your ability, please see our medical membership page on this web site for an exciting program that may be able to give you the jump-start you need! This program also includes Cardio-Pulmonary Phase 3 Rehabilitation for those individuals recovering from heart or lung problems that need to exercise in the presence of nurses.
