Water Exercise

Healthplex offers a variety of exciting water exercise classes! Water provides a wonderful exercise environment for people of all ages and fitness interests, and the best part� all regularly scheduled classes are FREE to members. You don�t have to be an experienced swimmer, in fact, you don�t have to be a swimmer at all! Our certified and experienced instructors will help you meet your fitness goals through motivating group exercise! Join the FUN!

  • Splash-n-Dash: High intensity aerobics utilizing various resistive equipment such as noodles, weights, gloves and belts
  • Hydromania: Medium to high impact exercise utilizing various resistive equipment such as noodles, weights, gloves and belts
  • Water Exercise Training (WET): A combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises which utilize various resistive equipment such as weights, gloves, noodles and stretch bands
  • Arthritis & Aquatics (A&A): Low intensity total body exercise with a focus on joint protection, range of motion and stretching. All instructors are Arthritis Foundation Certified
  • Arthritis & Aquatics Plus (A&A Plus): Mild cardiovascular exercise with a focus on joint protection and stretching. All instructors are Arthritis Foundation Certified
