About Camp Kushtaka Alaska's diabetes camp is held at Camp Kushtaka (owned by Camp Fire USA, utilized by the ADA on a contractual basis) which is located on Snug Harbor Road in Cooper Landing. In addition to it's own lake, the camp offers sleeping cabins, a main lodge for meals, and restrooms with adjunct showers. A special medical cabin is equipped and staffed by the camp doctor and nurses, providing 24-hour supervision.

Activities include: Canoeing, kayaking, overnight hikes, archery, outdoor skills, music & drama, creative arts, and horseback riding.
