This program is a seven day residential camp for children designed to meet the special needs of children diagnosed with epilepsy, providing a safe and fun-filled camp experience.

Over the years this program has served up to a maximum of 45 children at the camp. Many camps for children do not have 24 nursing coverage, which precludes many children with epilepsy from attending camp. Our camp has 24 hour nursing coverage available during the entire week of camp and has a neurologist on call, as well.

Camp is located at the campgrounds of P�re Marquette State Park. Children enjoy horseback riding, swimming, arts and crafts, nightly entertainment and bonfires, and the camaraderie of other children with epilepsy. The children range in age of 6-18 and come from three states for this camp.

This camp is one of only 13 epilepsy camps offered in the United States. Camp counselors often volunteer their time for the week and many have epilepsy, themselves.
