Open to youth who are 16 to 22 years old and engaged in work or school or both full-time. Must be homeless or borderline homeless (�couch surfing�); rent is based on 30% of income or subsidized so rent is $200/month. Youth who are in the foster care system are eligible for a stipend that covers rent. The apartment building is not wheelchair accessible. Provide transitional housing for up to 18 months. Case management and life skill training is included in the program.
