True Friends provides short-term, direct care services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Educational, recreational and other support services are offered at five locations in Minnesota-Camp Friendship, Camp Eden Wood, Camp Courage, Camp Courage North, and Camp New Hope. Core programs include summer and winter resident camp, year round weekend respite care and specialty travel services. Our program focuses on building self-esteem and independence; opportunities to experience success, discover new interests, and develop friendships. Services are specially designed for persons with developmental, physical or multiple disabilities, special medical needs, Down Syndrome, autism, or other conditions.
