Notes

Group fitness classes are based on the needs of our disabled participants. Some of the activities include light weights, dance, flexibility and aerobics. The 45 minute class includes group game time. Some games played during this time are giant ball soccer, adaptive baseball, corn hole and basektball.

Adult class will be held on Mondays at 6:00 p.m

Preschool class will be held on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
