Alabama School for the Blind hosts an annual week-long summer camp for students who are blind or vision impaired ages 6-15 residing in Alabama who do not currently attend ASB. The enrichment camp gives students a chance to interact with other children who have vision loss, enjoy some fun field trips, spend time horseback riding, swimming, skating, learning arts and crafts and more. Assessments in vision, hearing, intellectual and social maturity are available for potential students. Summer Camp concludes with a Family Fun Weekend.
