Membership Fees
  • Fee to participate in the Program : Fees range across programs. Standard fees for therapeutic riding- $20 per lesson for private or group. Group lessons have no more than 3 riders and last 45 minutes. Private lessons are 30 minutes. Mental health programs for youth and adults with emotional difficulties vary depending on individual situations. Some are at a reduced cost for Boone County residents. Public programming fees vary. Notes

Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding Center, a member of the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association. Morning Dove appreciates the incredible effect horses have on individuals and the therapeutic benefits they have to offer. Morning Dove offers several programs to meet the individual needs of children and adults with physical and emotional disabilities, as well as, at-risk youth. Through a partnership with St. Vincent Hospital, they offer hippotherapy, a program for children that uses the horse to facilitate outpatient therapy in a fun and safe environment.
