Everybody benefits from aquatic exercise. Our programs are designed to restore and maintain health and function. Each class is designed with this in mind. Water is the safest training venue for achieving increased functional daily activities as well as decreased pain, increased range of motion, weight loss and cardiac conditioning. Other positive benefits of water exercise are increased balance and coordination, and a relaxed state of mind. Finally, an aquatic-based exercise program offers tremendous health benefits that aid in minimizing both the physiological and psychological effects of aging.

  • Seniors Benefit Greatly from Aquatics
    Seniors and geriatric participants benefit greatly from aquatic exercise and physical therapy in the water. Our programs are designed to restore health and function in this vital population because of water's protective effects against heavy joint loading. It is the safest training venue for achieving increased functional daily activities as well as decreased pain, increased range of motion and cardiac conditioning.   • Pre Natal & Post-Natal Water Exercise Class
    This class is designed for all new and soon-to-be moms. We use this class not only for exercise but also to help the baby to have fun in the water. This class combines low-impact water exercises and a Parents & Me class. Come exercise with your baby or come exercise and find out how to work with your baby when he/she comes.

  • Aqua Arthritis Exercise
    Aqua Arthritis is designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability, endurance and wellness in persons with arthritis. The water exercises can help restore function with active daily living activities. The water is the best place to be for these therapeutic exercises

  • Aquasize
    This low intensity, low impact water class is perfect for the beginner, or for those with significant joint pain. The moves of the class are slow and simple, making it much easer on the joints and muscles. So, if you�re looking for a good place to start an exercise program, this is it!

  • Senior Water Aerobics
    A service focusing on the aging population in good condition and those that want a great fun exercise class with wide variety of exercises.

  • Water Waves
    This moderate to high intensity water class combines intervals of "hard and easy" moves, resulting in a new and challenging workout. This workout also allows for a period of relaxation and reflection. If you�re looking for a new approach to water aerobics and a challenging workout, this is the class for you!

  • Ai Chi
    Is a water exercise and relaxation program that has been created to help you enjoy the water in a flowing, yet powerful, progression. Perfect for the highly stressed, over challenged person, it is also ideal for creating improved range of motion and mobility. Ai Chi combines Tai-Chi concepts with Shiatsu and Watsu techniques, using deep breathing and slow movements in warm water.

  • Deep Water Aerobics
    A beginner class for all ages and abilities. A workout with in deep water with noodles and deep water exercise belts.

  • Water Walking
    Add some water, an instructor, and creativity, and you�ve got water walking. This low to moderate intensity class adds variety to walking by combining easy low-impact steps with the resistance of the water. It also offers toning, and can easily be modified to suit your needs. Designed for those who prefer no bouncing, even in the water!
