Notes

Camp Esperanza is a unique summer camping experience for children between the ages of 6 and 15 who currently have cancer or have been treated for cancer at Children's Medical Center of Dallas. During the one-week camp, kids can just be kids, while still maintaining their medical and health care needs. "Esperanza", the Spanish word for "Hope", is what Camp is all about - giving and sharing Hope.

We provide an opportunity for pediatric oncology patients at Children's Medical Center of Dallas to forget cancer in a week of silly songs, campouts, fishing, challenges, horseback riding, crazy counselors, and fellow campers who often become lifetime friends.
