BlazeSports Clubs of America
NWSRA is excited to be a member of BlazeSports Clubs of America. NWSRA is one of the first nine charter members out of 44 Blaze clubs in the nation. The United States Disabled Athletes Fund, Inc. in cooperation with the National Recreation and Park Association launched BlazeSports Clubs nationally in March of 2002. This program proudly promotes community-based disabled sports programs and competitions for individuals with physical disabilities. BlazeSports will help to support and enhance NWSRA's current adapted sports programs including wheelchair basketball, tennis, track & field and bocce.
