  • Step
    (Interval Step, Kickstep, Cardiostep) Cardio-fun on the Reebok step! Upbeat and always interesting ensured to burn fat and increase your cardiovascular endurance. Try a variation of the traditional step by including free weight segments with Interval Step, adding kicking boxing styled moves with kickstep, or taking set up a notch focusing especially on fat burning with cardiostep.
  • Kickboxing
    Martial arts styled kicking and boxing moves with cardio style. You create your own intensity for one powerful punch of a workout.
  • Hi/Lo
    Traditional "old school" floor aerobics allowing you to vary your intensity to get the most out of this cardio intensive workout!
  • Boot Camp
    An all around circuit training interval workout targeting all the major muscle groups for endurance and strength training, also includes step. Never the same workout, always new and exciting with a different twist!
  • Powerflex
    Bally's trademark workout is great for those trying to obtain both strength and endurance results without spending hours in the free weight room! This is an excellent weight resistance workout for every major muscle group of the body while also increasing your heart rate and providing cardiovascular endurance!
  • Fab Abs
    A straight half hour geared towards making your abdominals and obliques burn! Always new and refreshing making a boring task exciting and leaving you with strong, tones abdominals.
  • Piloga
    Combination of yoga and pilates designed to give you a full body workout, great for improving both tone and flexibility.
  • Core Strengthening
    The key to reducing lower back pain and overall injury is a strong core! This power packed half hour hits all the muscles that help to stabilize and coordinate your body's everyday movements while using the stability ball to strengthen your core muscles.
  • Ramping
    From the creator of the Reebok step, this inclined plane targets the rear muscles, glutes, hips, and hamstrings. A fat burning workout with a fast paced dance style.
  • Step It Up
    Cardio-Crazy-Fun! Featuring the Reebok Steps, this class is guaranteed to be fun and burn fat, due to a more cardio-enhanced workout.
  • Dance
    One hour of building Choreography. learn dance steps from a variety of backgrounds in music and put them together into full length routines. Not only a cardio packed class, but a fun way to improve coordination. Class attendance whether consistent or once in a while will not slow you down, new choreography mixed with each class to ensure you'll never be left behind.
  • Spinning
    Spinning is open to all teens (15 and older) and adults at all levels and is guaranteed to give you a terrific workout.
  • Aquatics
    We offer swim lessons for children, young adults, and adults, as well as courses on lifeguarding and water fitness in our warm, 86 degree Olympic-sized pool. Private Lessons and Pool rentals are offered as well. All Williamsport YMCA's aquatic staff are adult certified instructors, and small classes are guaranteed.
