MallWalkers is a free walking fitness program for people of all ages. No expensive equipment or athletic ability is required. All that is needed is a good pair of shoes. Participants receive an initial assessment by an exercise physiologist and a walking fitness program geared to their individual needs. Participants record their own mileage and may qualify for special awards. MallWalkers meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 am for a group warm-up session and then walk at their own pace.
