Arthritis Aquatics allows you exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. Class is held in a heated pool following curriculum approved the Arthritis Foundation.
Aquatics for Multiple Sclerosis is a
shallow water recreational program that offers socialization while exercising and an increased sense of well being. The class is taught by an approved National Multiple Sclerosis Society
Aquatics Instructor and gives participants an opportunity to bear weight on lower extremities and improve functional mobility.
