General Description

After having successfully completed my studies in Physical Therapy, in 1995 I became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Working experience has included acute care, acute rehab, out-patient, pulmonary rehab, skilled nursing, and home health. While working in the medical field I quickly realized the need for a specialized personal trainer who could work with people who have health challenges. Especially after physical therapy was completed, many of my patients shared an interest in continuing a post rehab program in their homes. Therefore, in 2004, I became a certified personal trainer and started Life In Motion Personal Training so I could help my clients remain as independent for as long as possible. For over a decade, I have been working as an independent professional personal trainer. I enjoy every minute of it and the freedom of being my own boss. I can look back to many happy hours during which I was able to help my clients reach the goals they had set for themselves. Many of my clients have been with me for more than five years and some as long as 14 years. It is truly a blessing to work with so many wonderful people for so long.
