Theraputic Water Exercise Specialist. Our YMCA has an accessible ramp with a water wheelchair. We provide water therapy for a wide range of conditions for infants to adults. We offer Water Massage (2 licsensed massage therapists), Watsu, PNF, Halliwick, Achi, Water Yoga along with Theraputis Exerccise(2 certified instructors by Ruth Sova). We cover a wide range of health issues from Cerabral Palsey to Surgery Recovery, from Arthritis & Fibromyalgia to Stroke Recovery & RSD.
