General Description

    Taylorsville Lake State Park is a wrangler''s and angler''s dream come true! The park sits on 3,050-acre Taylorsville Lake, where anglers can vie for bass, bluegill and crappie. The 1,200-acre park encompasses some of the most beautiful riding country around, not far away from Kentucky''s biggest city!

    The campground at Taylorsville Lake offers 42 campsites for RV''s, and horse lovers can sleep under the stars with their equine pals at one of ten camp sites set up specifically for horse camping. The park also offers over 16-miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding and biking.
