Description
The Rural Institute for Inclusive Communities is federally funded by the Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and a variety of Federal, State and private grants and contracts. The Rural Institute administers projects centered on disability-related training, education, service and research. Based at the University of Montana since 1978, the Rural Institute advocates and supports full participation in community life by Americans of all ages. The Institute's wide range of grant-funded research, service and training projects blend innovative approaches and techniques with existing community services.
