Description

• The Wellness Connection offers a health-oriented facility for regular exercise participation; comprehensive rehabilitation programs for cardiopulmonary, diabetes and cancer patients; and community and workplace outreach health promotion services. At the Fitness Center, members receive individual guidance by a trained team who specialize in designing exercise programs specific to each individual's exercise and health related goals. All memberships require health assessment review and clearance.
