Description
The mission of ARCH is to enhance and maintain the quality of life of individuals with handicapping conditions by providing therapeutic programs, educational and habilitation services, socialization opportunities and basic living skills. ARCH will seek to fulfill its mission by meeting the changing needs of handicapped individuals, providing family support services and offering extensive community awareness and public education programs.
