  • The USDCA is the national sport organization (NSO) for competitive cycling of the U.S.A. Deaf Sports Federation (formerly AAAD) U.S. Team Committee. It is responsible for developing, training, coaching and selecting cyclists to compete in such events as the World Games for the Deaf, World Championships and other events. It is the grass root foundation of deaf cycling activity in America. It promotes activities for beginners such as training rides, clinics, races and social activities which introduce a rider to other competitors and proper cycling techniques. In these sessions, members are taught the correct riding position, training techniques, racing rules and bicycle maintenance.
