Join Central Cross Country Ski Association coaches and US Adaptive Ski Team Coach, Jon Kreamelmeyer, for an introduction to Adaptive Cross Country Skiing.

When: October 28, 2010 -- 1:00PM - 3:00PM

You don�t have to bring anything except your interest in exploring Adaptive Cross-Country Skiing as a way for everyone to enjoy the winter months. The skilled coaches and staff will be able to demonstrate proper transfer techniques, summer and winter training methods, and give you a chance to try the sit ski design produced by Central Cross Country Ski Association, a 501 c.(3) and Community Olympic Development Program.
