The NSCD is currently accepting applications for customer relations representatives for the 2010-2011 winter season. This seasonal position begins November 8, 2010 and ends April 10, 2011 with an hourly wage range from $10.00 to $12.00 DOE. This position acts as a front line receptionist and also performs other daily duties such as coordination of lesson check-in, answer telephone calls; make reservations; sell tickets; answer routine questions; prepare invoices, registration materials and informational mailings; maintain files and records and perform data entry.

Qualified applicants must have computer skills and customer service experience.
