S/He will direct and manage the operations of the State Association in meeting its goals and objectives of the Strategic Plan. Collaborate in partnership with local Arc Chapters in Arizona and the Arc Unites States. Directs and manages The Arc's operations in areas such as financial management, fundraising, advocacy, public awareness, membership recruitment, and chapter and board development.
