Special Olympics is hosting the first ever National Education Conference (NEC) for Special Education Teachers and General Education Teachers that are interested in increasing their knowledge and skills to motivate, educate and activate students with and without intellectual disabilities. The Education Conference will take place in Omaha, NE in conjunction with the 2010 Special Olympics USA National Games in Lincoln, NE.
This four-day Education Conference will engage teachers in large and small group sessions focused on the following topics and presenters:
