Position Summary: The Executive Director works under the direction of the Board of Directors (the Board); primary responsibility is to provide vision, leadership and resources to successfully implement Tessera\\\'s mission and programs. The next Executive Director will lead us into the future, facilitate growth in both the quality and breadth of services we provide, and help us increase our strength and stability. You will be responsible for all business and programmatic matters and ensure that programs run in accordance with our values, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards and within approved budgetary guidelines. Duties include overseeing all program services - including educational, personnel and financial management as well as community/public relations in concert with established organizational mission and policies.
