Michael Yudin, acting assistant secretary for the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services (OSWES), will address inclusion, equity and opportunity for all children with disabilities and their families, and discuss the importance of parent/family partnerships with school and districts in the education process. He will also highlight information on bulling, specifically as it relates to students with disabilities. Participants will include State Education Agency staff, local special education directors, administrators, teachers and other school personnel and parents.
