Position Summary: The job developer will be responsible for identifying new employer contacts for physically and mentally disabled clients; attend job fairs and maintain regular contacts with disability employers; assist case managers and job coaches to develop individual education and employment goals; communicate with employers on issues of disabilities and cultural competency; maintain clients files and collect data; and assist with program reports. The job developer will under the supervision of Program Director of Community Health, collaborate with disability and vocational rehabilitation service team, and other program staff at Asian Human Services to ensure the full circle of services to clients.

Qualification and Requirements: Knowledge of interviewing skills, resume and cover letter writing, ability to multitask, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; experience in serving clients with disabilities and familiar with disability resources is a plus, fluency in an Asian or other foreign language preferred; must have a car with valid auto insurance; 2-4 years of experience in business or job placement setting preferred, experience in marketing preferred; and bachelor�s or associate degree in social service, health or related fields required.
