Wheelchair Burpies Bench

Start with a mat or chair placed next to you and your wheelchair. Begin the motion by transferring from your chair to the mat. Bring your arms up above your head and clap them together as in an arm jack. Then transfer back into your chair followed by another arm jack. This is one repetition. If this is too difficult perform a chair push up using the arms of your wheelchair extend your elbows out fully. Lower yourself back down in your chair and do an arm jack. That is one rep of a non- transferring wheelchair burpie.
