Using an assisted dip or dip machine, place your hands on the bars slightly behind you. Lower your body weight down trying to achieve a 90 degree bend in your elbow and then raise yourself back up till your arms are in full extension.
If that is too difficult that you can do dips off a mat with your feet in the floor arms on a bench.
