Kettle Bell Swings

Using a weight bench sit with both legs on the same side. Place a weighted kettle bell in both hands. Start with the kettle bell between your legs with your arms in full extension. Swing the kettle bell up above your head keeping your elbows straight and then swing it back down to starting position. Keep a pendulum motion going until you have completed your repetitions.
