Push-Ups On Mat

Place your body belly down on a mat. Slide off the edge of the mat with your hands on the ground as far forward as you are able- typically below hip level. Proceed to perform pushups bending the elbows lowering your chest to the ground and then raising it back up till your arms are in full extension.
