Kettle Bell Swings

Hold the kettle bell in both hands and drop the kettle bell down and back through your legs as you bend your knees. Then swing the kettle bell up above your head keeping your arms fully extended and straightening your legs. Control the kettle bell on the swing back down and repeat.
