Wheelchair Burpies

Start with a mat or chair placed next to you and your wheelchair. start the motion by transferring from your chair to the mat. Bring your arms up above your head and clap them together as in an arm jack. then transfer back into your wheelchair followed by another arm jack. This concludes one repetition.
To increase the intensity try transferring to the floor instead of to a bench.
