Bent Over Kettle Bell Holds

Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width a part and your arms out to the side with a kettle bell in one. Slowly lower the empty hand down to the inside of the foot on that same side while you lift the kettle bell straight up with the other hand. Hold the kettle bell raised fully in the air while you slowly lift your trunk bringing the lowered hand up to knee height and dropping back down. Keep the elbows extended at all times making the movement come from your core.
