Roll outs

Using a large exercise ball place your elbows on the ball directly under your chest. Your body should be in a straight line with only your toes touching the ground. Hold your body off the ball with your elbows then proceed to roll the ball out and away as close to full extension as you can get your arms and then roll the ball back in.
