Kettle Bell Pull Overs

Lying back down on a bench, place a kettle bell in both hands. Start with your elbows almost straight and the kettle bell off the edge of the mat above your heard. Straighten out your elbows as you bring the kettle bell above your face keeping your wrist solid.
