Diagonal Weighted Wrist Swings

Using a medicine ball with straps or placing weights on your wrist start with your arm down on the outside of the opposite knee. Bring your arm up in a diagonal motion above your shoulder. Keep your elbow straight arm extended through the full motion. Repeat with the opposite arm.
