Diagonal Kettle Bell

Start with a lighter kettle bell in one hand extend that arm out across the opposite knee, keeping your wrist locked and the kettle bell out straight bring your arm in a diagonal motion up above your shoulder. Keep your elbow and wrist locked at all times.
