Nutrition Spotlight: Give the Gift of Good Health


Take a few minutes this holiday season to plan for a healthy holiday. This includes ways to keep yourself healthy so that you can continue to give and care for others. The holidays can create stress on many levels – emotional, physical, and even financial – and caregivers can experience additional stress because they feel that they are not doing enough (http://www.aasa.dshs.wa.gov). This added stress can take a toll on our overall well-being, which can then lead to “damage control” around the New Year to gain back our strength and health. Therefore, this year, take care of yourself and others by sharing the gift of good health with everyone.
