  • Enfóquese en aumentar el número de repeticiones en lugar del peso.
  • Aumente gradualmente las repeticiones de dos o tres a 10 ó 12.
  • La frecuencia de entrenamiento debe ser de dos a tres días a la semana.
  • No ejercite el mismo grupo muscular en días consecutivos.
  • Hay una variedad de formas de entrenamiento de resistencia, incluyendo ejercicios isométricos, pesas libres, máquinas de pesas, y bandas elásticas. Como resultado, usted puede empezar con poco ó no equipo ó gasto, y tratar nuevos métodos a medida que progresa.
