Fatigue was reduced by 20% in the subjects who participated in the training. Additionally, the scores on the FIS, HAD, RHS, and the physical component of SF-36 improved significantly after training, compared to the baseline scores. All the cardiorespiratory and strength measures improved as well, the majority with a p<0.01.
